Long Term Rentals at discounted prices
Long term rentals are available (at discounted prices), on all three Gites (subject to availability).
Any of these Gites would make an ideal base for anyone wishing to spend time in the beautiful Brittany countryside whilst looking for their Dream Property in France.

The Gites are available at reduced pricing for rental periods of between 3 and 6 months (renewable).
Pricing
The apartment (with one double bed), La Jacinthe is available for long term lets at 250 euros per calendar month.
The two bedroomed cottage La Jonquille is available for long term lets at 400 euros per calendar month.
The three bedroomed farmhouse Le Petunia is available for long term lets at 600 euros per calendar month.
Please note that these charges do not cover amenites (such as electricity and water).
The Gites
LE PETUNIA - 600 euros per calendar month (the Farmhouse), being traditional, sleeps 5 + cot (9 possible) 3 bedrooms (Master bedroom with a 5' bed, an extra single bed can be added if necessary, 2nd bedroom with a 4'6 bed, 3rd bedroom with a captain's bed an extra single bed can be added if necessary). The Master bedroom which can be used as a family room, has an en-suite hydrotherapy shower with toilet. There is a separate bathroom and toilet. A large lounge with exposed beams, having a Breton fireplace with a superb burner and a cosy suite in
front, TV with English Satellite, DVD player, CD/Hi-Fi, a dining area, and a sofa for those pre-dinner aperitifs! in the kitchen there is an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a Rayburn style woodburner for the winter which heats the radiators in the Farmhouse. There is a gravelled patio area with shrubs, flowers, garden furniture and BBQ.
LA JONQUILLE - 400 euros per calendar month (smaller Gite) is a converted self-contained cottage, sleeps up to 4 + cot, 2 bedrooms (4ft6 bed in one and twin beds in the other), shower and toilet, kitchen/dining area, and lounge with a woodburning stove, TV with English Satellite, CD/Radio. Patio with flowers, garden furniture and BBQ.

LA JACINTHE - 250 euros per calendar month (Apartment) furnished in a traditional style, sleeps 2 + cot, lounge/bedroom, (4'6 double bed) TV/Video with English Satellite, woodburner, step up to the kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, leading into the shower and toilet. There is a gravelled patio area, shrubs, flowers, garden furniture and BBQ.
